Canvas N' Cupcakes is a mobile art studio that brings everything you need to host a fantastic painting event! Select a painting from our extensive gallery and one of our experienced painting leads will instruct you to your completed masterpiece!
Canvas N Cupcakes will:
-Set Up
-Include painting supplies: Table- top easels, canvas panels, paint, paint brushes, aprons, and cupcakes (if selected)
-Instruct your selected painting
- Provide cupcake decorating (if selected)
- Clean- up painting materials after painting is all done

How do I book a party?
To book a Canvas N Cupcakes party, you must contact us first to set a date and time! We will send you the link to pay the $50 non- refundable deposit and guide you to complete the Party Selection form.
I want to have a Canvas N' Cupcakes party, but what if I don't want it in my home?
Awesome question! Although you would be amazed with how orderly our painting parties stay, there are lots of location options. You can rent a community room at a rec center, library, neighborhood clubhouse, park shelter (often times at no cost). If It is a nice day, we can always paint outside in a backyard too!
How many painters should I invite?
That is completely up to you! Canvas N' Cupcakes has done private painting lessons as well as painting events for over 200 painters. Let us know what you have in mind, and we will make it happen! Keep in mind, we do offer special pricing for parties with at least 8 painters!
Does Canvas N' Cupcakes provide tables and chairs?
We do not provide the tables and chairs. We ask that when we arrive, the tables are chairs are already set up. We also recommend you cover surfaces prior to our arrival- cheap, disposable table cloths work great!
What size canvas panels are used?
We use canvas boards, or canvas panels for our paintings in place of standard canvases. The canvas boards are lighter, easier to manage and offer a variety of different ways to display your masterpiece. Our standard size is 12 x 16" for our rectangular paintings and 12 x 12" for our square painting options. The easiest way to hang your canvas board is with command strips, but you can even hot glue a string to the back of the board and hang it that way too! For a more formal approach, they do make gallery frames for canvas panels as well!
How old do the painters have to be?
There is no age requirement for our Canvas N Cupcakes parties. Typically painters at least 5 years old or older will follow the instructions very well, but we can also offer more modified painting instruction for the younger kids too!
Is the paint that you use washable?
We use painter- quality acrylic paints for our parties. Acrylic paint does not wash out of fabric materials, such as clothing, curtains, carpet, rugs, etc. If this makes you nervous, we can consider an outdoor party or you can use protective paint materials to protect the area where we will be painting.
What should I do to prepare for a Canvas N Cupcakes party?
When your painting instructor arrives at the event location, there should be tables and chairs (If you want chairs) already set- up at the location where you want to paint. Be sure to protect the table with a table cloth and cover anything else you don't wish to get paint on with tarps, etc.
